Real Age Order Tags
Real Age updates your orders with specific tags during the age verification process.
You can use these tags to create custom views on your orders, or create customer segments.

Real Age DB checked |
A customer's age is verified with a database check |
ID check in progess |
A customer is unable to be verified by a database check, and their ID check is in progress |
Real Age ID checked |
A customer's age is verified by their drivers license or passport. |
Underage |
A customer is found to be underage by either a database or ID check. |
Pending db verification |
When a customer's age is pending verification through a database. This status should be very rare, you should only see this if we're having issues with database lookups. |
