Testing Real Age

You can test Real Age by creating orders with specific shipping addresses.

These addresses will trigger fake results so you can test how your orders are held and released if a customer can be automatically verified, or requires ID verification.

All tests rely on the city of the shipping address to determine the scenario.

Passed Database Check

To test a passed database check, you can use the city Real Age Database Pass in the order's shipping address to test as if the customer was found and verified by the Real Age databases.

ID check pending

To test the case if the customer cannot be found in a database, you can use the city Real Age ID check pending on the shipping address.

ID check passed

To test the case if the customer is verified after their ID is verified, you can use the city Real Age ID check passed as the shipping address.

Underage customer

To test the case that the customer is found by a database or submitted their ID but is underage, you can use the city Real Age Underage as the shipping address.
